Job Purpose & Scope

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including Hard & Soft Services
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaners, MEP technicians, security guards and office staff
  • Managing budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Develop operational guidelines and implement measures to ensure effective functioning of process and workflow within the operations function; monitor the adherence of operational standards, rules and regulations, health, safety, security and facilities management
  • Create budget for various facility needs and expenses
  • Compare costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facility
  • Manage the maintenance of the building/assets by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed.

Job Purpose & Scope

  • Assist in preparing, implementing, monitoring and appraise buildings KPIs in coordination with coordinators /supervisors
  • Schedule weekly meetings with the subcontractors and clients
  • Prepare and implement planned preventive MEP and/or cleaning schedules for each facility as per agreed benchmark with the client
  • Monitor and supervisor sub-contractors/specialized services/outsourced works, ensure full compliance and completion of work with quality as per the scope.
  • Assist in generate and expedite billing in coordination with accounts payable to bring receivable within the contract.

Job Purpose & Scope

  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement QHSE rules, policies and procedures as per the company standard and ISO requirements.
  • Review and assess method statement and Risk Assessments of each project and verify their compliance.
  • Ensure that all accidents are reported and recorded, in line with company policy and recommended improvements implemented.

Accountabilities

  • Sets the tone for operational excellence at all business levels through driving the execution of weekly and monthly reviews, defining corrective actions towards margin slippage, executed margin, field labor productivity, etc. and monitoring their implementation.
  • Establish standard operational processes & procedures and ensures implementation & compliance according to them. Serves as a key driver to ensure consistent operational discipline, while maintaining full alignment with overall Etihad ESCO strategy & direction.
  • Sets standards for field operational productivity performance and execution. Ensures the development of operations personnel through coaching and performance assessment.
  • Ensures that operational project teams maintain focus on customer satisfaction and leads through example by attending meetings with key/strategic customers.
  • Establishes the plan for operations and takes action to achieve that plan.
  • Manages the project portfolio to maximize return on assets. Drives cash flow through setting proper terms & conditions, in liaison with business development/sales department, and undertaking appropriate actions towards billing & collection.
  • Facilitates the creation of large targeted job(s) teams including sales and operations personnel.
  • Coaches all business levels on established business processes, tools and standards with particular focus on the forecasting & supply chain tools.
