Senior Energy Analyst – Etihad ESCO

Collect and review implementation data about the different Dubai Demand Side Management (DSM) programs from government entities (evaluation, measurement and verification)
Input data in the DSM Monitoring & Evaluation Model Software and analyse results
Report on DSM/Energy Efficiency Programs progress and performance.
Develop and publish the DSM Strategy Annual Report
Advise and support government entities driving DSM programs in initiatives to be implemented to achieve yearly program targets using international benchmarking, program management skills and critical analysis
Review DSM-related policies, standards and regulations and conduct studies as needed
Prepare and conduct operational planning meetings with DSM Program Owners to follow-up on program progress and performance

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science. Masters/PhD in a technical field is a plus
CEM, CEA or CMVP certifications is a plus
5+ years of work experience as an analyst in a management consulting role, OR an industry/applied research role with specific focus on energy modelling and analysis
Specific work in the field of energy and water efficiency is a must with good knowledge of Energy Efficiency Programs
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization, project and program management skills
Familiar with the business environment and communication practices in Dubai
Excellent skills in Excel; other modelling tools are a plus
Excellent skills in building PowerPoint presentation and writing skills
Bilingual in English and Arabic is preferred
